The Elite Awards
The "Elite Awards" recognizes those Elites and other
Starship Trooper pilots for their outstanding efforts in the game and the SST
community. These individuals have either contributed, performed or been
recognized by their peers in the SST galaxy.
January 23,
2000 - A start of a new millennium ! Admiral PestControl, on behalf of his
fellow Elites, presented Fleet Admiral Zornstar with the "Admiral Award." Zornstar was recognized by his fellow
Elites for his many contributions to the battle group and his fellow pilots.
The admiral has spent countless hours helping his fellow Elites AND
opponents alike in understanding what skills are needed in order to become an
effective pilot!
A salute and
toast was made to Fleet Admiral Zornstar for his outstanding efforts by
Pestress, Admiral Brutas, Galaxy Cleaner, Admiral Racerx, Admiral Twinkletoes,
Sgt. Don and Admiral PestControl - among many others

March 12, 2000 - "The
Elites" vs. "OMNiSCIENT" in
arena 1. While both forces prepared for a month and the
battle plans laid, the onslaught began in earnest by both combatants on
Sunday's eve. Both sides cast their MVPs votes for their opponets and the
winners are:

February 20th, 2000, A TREMENDOUS battle
occurred in arena A3 on Sunday, between "The
Swarm" and "The Elites."Members from both
sides showed up in full force! The battle went for 3 hours and 6 minutes with
"The Elites" being the victors in the end. There
were bug tentacles and human body parts drifting all over the arena! Both sides
cast their MVPs votes for their opponets and the winners are:

January 26, 2000 - The MVP awards for the
"Save Mickey Mouse" battle were
handed out. A battle took place between "The
Apocalypse" and "The Elites" in arena A10.
Each pilot (bug and fed) who flew in the battle voted for their opponent to win
the "Save Mickey Mouse" MVP award.
This award is quite an honor knowing that it came from your opponents vote on
the other side of the fence. The MVP winners are:
